A bucket of popcorn....a movie review

What would you do if you have time to spare? Do a dvd marathon.

A story of a girl who was born with a snout. Very interesting because at this day and age, the snout cant be surgically removed, cause it would kill her. The only solution to have it grow back to a nose is if she would marry a blue blooded man and will show her unconditional love. Since it is a fairytale movie, she got the man she wanted in the end. How she had her nose back, you've got to watch it for yourself. All i can say is that acceptance of whatever form, can free you. Her clothes are a plus in this movie.

Ive been waiting to watch this for the longest time and im so glad to get a copy of Mamma Mia. Not just for the storyline, i wanted to listen to the songs too. The location was grand and the story is so amusing. Hanz was even singing along. Everybody can sing and the ending..it was a blast. Im such a fan of musicals. I remembered my mom the whole time i was watching it. Wish i could watch the broadway version of this with her. Soon, when she's not so busy and it will show in Manila.

This one is very special. I remember watching Caregiver on dvd and i realized, why not watch this as well. I remember this being shown a few weeks before the KC and Richard movie. I would settle for this, i wont watch the KC/Richard unless i have no choice, like being stuck in a bus showing that film. I believe in the acting prowess of this Sarah and John Lloyd and they were able to pull it off. Like any pinoy flick, poor girl in love with rich boy, this made it a little lighter and heartwarming. In its own way it was funny and realistic.

I like fishboy so much. That's the reason why i wanted to watch the film. His so classical and very intelligent. This time we look into the human side of the characters, from Hellboy to Fish and Liz. We can also be amused by the ectoplasma leader they have now. Its more of a mythical story fighting with a bad elf. Fish being in love to a princess. Hellboy 2 has the same director with the one who directed Pan's Labyrinth that's why there are so many animated character's that reminds me of the Muppet.

Now i understand why some people wouldn't appreciate Wall E. They dint have lines. Since they are robots, we make do of their actions on screen. I say action speaks louder than words. I really appreciated this film. Its about taking care of the planet and the effects of not being lifting a finger. hahahaha. In the future the Earth is just a huge dump site and the humans live in a cruise in outer space. Since there are limited things to do, everything is loaded in a computer. You just sit in your chair control it with a screen in front of you and you got it. Hence, making you obese with bone shrinkage. This is a love story of two robots and it feels good watching it and still having hope for the planet.
