Have you experienced CYMA? The hubby and I did and it felt so good. Cyma opened a branch in ATC and tried it right away.

We tried their OPA! Appetizer. Its cheese on bread but the presentation was surprizing.

My order. Lambchops with Rice. These are two chops, i only finished one and had the other one to go. Succulent.

His order. Wagyu burger in Blue cheese.

And for dessert. The perfect Skolatina. Molten Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice cream. Fab!

This is me after the meal. Busog.

Turning Japanese, i really think so.

Hanz and I love to try different kinds of Japanese restaurant and find the difference among them.

For his birthday we tried, Sakae Sushi in MOA. This resto is so cute coz you get to pick the sushi from the conveyor belt. Sushi's are being classified per plate color, Yellow- Pink-Green- Red. Since red is the most exotic sushi, its the least item they produce.
Sushi on the conveyor. Ready for pick-up.
The number of plates we finished. They look like slingkies.
The price.

Next off, Misato in Madrigal, Alabang
Out of curiousity and somehow with the resto's snub image we tried our tastebuds and sacrificed our pockets with this resto.

The ambiance is good, but do we really need that? The place would soon became pack with lunch goers and we cant wait to dig in to our meal.
We were served dilis first, i was wondering if the pacing is slow for food delivery.
We ordered Kani Salad. This has less QP (jap mayo) so bitin.
I was wondering if they have Jurassic Maki but since they dont have, i just ordered California maki instead.
Our order is so Teriyaki boy. This part of the meal was so flavourful i just cant wait to eat rice with it.

Overall, its just overrated. Its expensive and taste like Teriyaki boy, by the way i love TB. This made me love Omakase more.

Last off, this restaurant is so hidden i was almost lost while looking for it.
Little Tokyo in Makati.

I really believe in the Secret. I was channeling this resto for months than i can imagine. Since the only person i know who would join me and be really patient while i search high n low for this secret cove is my darling hubby and since we really do not go to Makati, we had the right excuse to be there. I was getting my pasalubong from Dubai. So off to Makati we go.

I knew it was near Makati Cinema Square. On what side i dont know. We walked besides SanLo, there was a different Japanese resto. We tried to walk across Mile Long, there we found Little Tokyo but wait, its still close. We went back after we had a dose of Ukay adventure.

Around 6pm, i followed a lady who went inside an iskinita and found cluster of restaurant, i was now confused on where to go. My first stop was the familiar Takoyaki Balls, 6 for 100. They are the mother versions of those sold in the mall. Yummy too. Then we followed where most people go to

We ate here.
Ordered the never ending, California Maki. YUMMY!
30 pesos per stick of there Yakitori.
This tastes like Nilasing na Tempura. Sarap.

Overall, there are a lot of Japanese eating in this place you would feel like a tourist or somehow incognito. The price was resaonable, 1k for two people. The difference of Little Tokyo to Misato is this one taste so authentic.

I really want to go to Japan and taste all there food except maybe for Ramen, buy Hello Kitty stuff, Astroboy apparel and be in Harajuku. Bow.

May 2, 2007 (Tuesday)

What the!!! Everybody is either in the bank or in LBC, ah yeah it was holiday the other day thats why. I cant freakin make this payment, im itchin to have my new acquisition.

So off i go to make all my errands and that includes, bank hopping, NHA paying, College yearbook collection and a trip to MOA. The bank hopping didnt pay off but the rest, accomplished.

MY LRT ADVENTURE

Waiting for the train to arrive at the platform...ala KingsCross Station but actually im in Baclaran station. (Trivia: Baclaran is the first South station of LRT Line 1 and the last is Monumento (North Station).

The interior looks clean and the aircon is actually working. A plus for the LRT management.
Its not allowed to take pictures of the train. I was suppose to capture the train arriving but the guard called my attention, embarrasing. Being the semi-lawbreaker that i am...i asked my ever dearest hubby to take my picture while the train is moving out from the station, para di ako makita ng guard.
The icons on my shirt will be proud if we follow the rules above my head.

IN ST.SCHO
At long last, after 8 years i get to have and to hold my yearbook. I thought it wouldnt materialize in front of me. Halleluyah!!!! Many things changed. High tech na school namin. Even the pergola had a face lift or chair change to be exact.

Aside from the library, the chapel is where i spend sometime alone.
Big deal sa akin to!! Sana gawin na lang din nilang green yung sapatos ni Ronald Mcdonald!!!! Waaahhh!!! My hubby being the (urgh!)Lasalista that he is said: Eh di request mong gawing blue yung Jollibee (which is the fastfood near St. Scho). Arrrggghhh!!!

MALL OF ASIA

The ultimate merienda ever!!!! Pancit Luglog, Halo-Halo and Dinuguan at puto with bottled water. I love Razon's (originally from Pampanga) i make it a point if im in MOA and Robinson's Place i eat at Razon's, thats cheaper than going to Pampanga.
Somebody forgot to open the flash, Me! The magnificent Globe of MOA. It changes its color every 3 mins. The globe here is in Silver. First time i saw this kala ko nasa Daily Planet na ako and Superman would be flying out from nowhere.

Im so happy and tired. We went to the mall with Roo and its not just Sm Southmall which is a stone throw away from our place but its Alabang Town Center. Had dinner at Omakase, yummy really. Omakase literally means "Chef, I'm in your hands". It was our first try with them and it was yummy and affordable too. It taste like Pinoy-Japanese cuisine. We had this Spicy salad, Philedephia Maki (with Phil cheese) and the Jurassic Maki and oh before i forget, the Green Tea Icecream is the best! Im such a fan of Green Tea (thanks to Strabucks Green tea frap), its so yummy i wasnt able to take a picture of it, nilantakan ko na agad.

And yes, our baby was so behave we let us finish the whole meal without a whimper. He just love staring at the light.
